[Libre-soc-dev] additional fraud and false reports by CALDERWOOD.

I informed you yesterday that the internet journalist Nina Zheng has gone
missing, and that her husband had been contacted by NYPD (where he detected
that the call was intercepted by a MITM attack) asking for her whereabouts.

I had not read the comments, having only just been notified today that
there is significant discussion

apparently CALDERWOOD has, amongst other false and criminal reports, made
false reports to the police that I physically assaulted an employee, Shriya
Sharma. it is not a coincidence that Shriya was a witness to the violent
assault by both LEWIS and CALDERWOOD on the 15th Jan 2024.

I first reported the assault and that she was a witness back around the
24th Jan 24, when I still had pneumonia, and the trauma of describing the
events caused a stroke, collapse inside the police station and required
paramedics to attend Southampton Central police station.

the same thing happened on 24th Oct 24 at 6pm when I realized how much
physical harm had been done, reported CALDERWOOD for an 1861 Section 18
Malicious GBH offense, and my friend recorded questionable behaviour by
Paramedics that attended SHC police station.

CALDERWOOD has publicly advised people that they should "contact NLnet to
confirm the facts".

I take it that CALDERWOOD has not contacted you to ask if it is acceptable
to you that you *VIOLATE THE GDPR AND DUTCH PRIVACY LAWS*?

he is also claiming that I attempted to fraudulently steal a 6-figure EU
Grant. this I presume is the NLnet Grant applications of Dec 23 that I was
coerced into placing under RED Semiconductor Ltd's name, and which RED's
Director's then subsequently attempted to "seize control of", alarming
NLnet so badly that they terminated both the grants applications and
refused to accept further applications from Libre-SOC?

the list of false statements and devastating misleading information in yet
another fraudulent public post by CALDERWOOD is simply too great to unpack
in one go.

but one thing is very clear: he presents as genuinely believing what he is
writing, which is precisely why he is so incredibly dangerous and why the
police are taking him seriously.

he is extremely skilled at this kind of devastating manipulation:
undermining the person he is attacking, presenting himself as the victim
and leaving out crucial information that is vital to demonstrate that he is
making fraudulent and false reports.

GOUDRIAAN, LENAARS: he is publicly appealing to you to support his false
and fraudulent assertions. just like he contacted my brother privately,
then publicly appealed to the UK Minister for Science Technology and
Innovation, and said - without my brother's consent - "contact Luke's
brother, he will confirm everything I have said is true and accurate".

I have requested repeatedly that you contact the police to report his
criminal activity: now that he has YET AGAIN called on you publicly to
support his false and fraudulent criminal assertions, perhaps you will
start to take this seriously, and make that report, yes?

remember to get me a copy of your police report, so that it can be
published, protecting all of us from this psychopathic individual.

a reminder (1) my Simple-V trademark has been aliased to VISC, and is
fraudulently being claimed to be the exclusive property of RED
Semiconductor International Ltd.

and reminder (2) I now have a list of SEVENTEEN counts of criminal activity
by CALDERWOOD, including assaults, harrassment, stalking, fraud, reckless
filing, the list goes on and on. yet not one single report has been taken
seriously by the police.

but for my safety: CALDERWOOD'S false reports explain why not just one
police force but two separate police forces specifically requested that I
"get myself into a UK police station to make a statement", both OICs
blatantly ignoring that it would cause me serious physical harm to get on
an airplane due to the de-pressurisation of the passenger compartment (they
run at only 60 to 80% of atmospheric pressure as the cost of maintaining
100% sea level pressure is prohibitively expensive).

with my cerebral arteries having been badly damaged by Chronic Peridontal
disease, the only reason I got on a plane out of the UK was because I had
already had a stroke that stopped me from being able to speak for 72 hours
when a massive storm hit the entire south of England (Fri Nov 29th around
3pm, I have a video recording, it started raining, my ears popped, and I
couldn't speak. again), and with the physical cerebral arterial damage
already done, I had nothing to lose.
