now I know what's going on.

please pay attention, very carefully.

I, Luke Kenneth Casson Leighton, am declaring to you, the police force of
Scotland, that I have never made a false report, that I will never make a
false report, that I am 100% aware and have been aware for well over 18
months, having read and fully understood the legislation.gov.uk contents,
that to make a false report is a serious criminal offense with unlimited
penalties.

I am now reporting to you, the Scottish police, that CALDERWOOD's reports
of criminal activity by me are false reports. this is itself NOT a false
report.

I have evidence of over SEVENTEEN separate and distinct criminal activities
by CALDERWOOD - not one single one of which has been properly investigated.
witnesses have not been contacted.

Slough police even closed a case NFA "because no address for CALDERWOOD"
despite his home address 43c Alma Rd Windsor being *in the fucking initial
report*!

I am deeply shocked and alarmed in particular to learn from CALDERWOOD's
false and fraudulent report that the female employee (Shriya Sharma) claims
I physically assaulted her, when I SPECIFICALLY and very clearly reported
to both Hampshire and Oxford police forces that she was a witness to a
violent assault by CALDERWOOD and LEWIS on the 15th Jan 24.

the list of false claims by CALDERWOOD in his online public Defamatory
statement (the second he has made to date) is so great that it would take
several days to unpack.

I now understand why you have been requesting that I "get myself into the
local Stranraer police station" despite repeatedly informing you that I
have Chronic Peridontal disease that has caused Athersclerosis so severe
that de-pressurisation by an airplane from India to the UK could cause a
lethal stroke. YES I HAVE HARD MEDICAL EVIDENCE and NO NOT ONE SINGLE
UNITED KINGDOM POLICE OFFICER HAS ASKED FOR IT.

it is quite obvious to me that your insistent request is because CALDERWOOD
has been listened to by the police. he has publicized online that there is
a warrant out for my arrest, which explains why the police are no longer
taking my crime reports seriously.

you should have told me.

you should have contacted me to *ASK ME* what the fuck is actually going on.

this individual is such an intelligent psychopath, having a photographic
memory, stalking me now for over 20 months, utilizing the information that
I very deliberately and intentionally published online all this time, that
he has successfully manipulated every single person in my life: my family
members, my research colleagues, my funding bodies, the OpenPOWER
Foundation, Company's House, SAQIB BHATTI MP - the list goes on and on and
on.

yet not one single of these people has actually bothered to contact me and
find out what is *really* going on.

not one.

they have all been told, by CALDERWOOD: "Luke is dangerous and abusive, I
have proof, I have proof, don't listen to him don't listen to him, listen
to me only, I know everything you need to know about him and how mentally
unstable and abusive he is. ONLY I have the true facts, you can corroborate
these true facts with people whom I have spoken with and also told them
about Luke's mental instability, don't contact him yourself, he will only
lie to you and will NEVER tell you the truth, he is that unstable and
deranged".

you see how that works?

you need to understand and appreciate that the value of my stolen Trademark
Simple-V (aliased without license and oversight to VISC by the Directors of
the Organized Crime Syndicate RED Semiconductor International Ltd) is worth
billions.

this is a financially-motivated crime, organized and planned by DAVID
CALDERWOOD and JAMES LEWIS, deceiving even the 3rd Director, JUAN
CALDERWOOD. plain and simple.

yes I have notified British Intelligence that my stolen Trademarked
intellectual property is Weapons-grade military technology.

LEWIS was ordered by the Board some time around April/July 23 to
specifically seek a UK MOD Grant, so that the technology could be reviewed
and "sanctioned" by CGHQ as dual-use. LEWIS blatantly disregarded the
Board's instruction.

around that same time the Directors were 100% aware that I was in a
Domestic Abuse relationship where my ex-partner was so verbally violent
that it repeatedly and systematically caused multiple strokes and heart
attacks.

this information was hidden by them from VCs as it clearly could have been
devastating that the owner of the Trademarked technology on which the
company's success was 100% critically dependent was being violently abused
so badly and for so long (over 15 years) that they were very close to death.

my biggest concern is that CALDERWOOD, CALDERWOOD and LEWIS will sell my
(aliased, stolen) Trademarked technology to enemies of the United Kingdom,
the United States and the European Union.

please start taking this matter seriously.
