[Libre-soc-dev] falsification by UHS A&E of medical records

I need you to understand exactly how bad things got.

I had pneumonia in December 23 through to end of Feb 24. it took five
visits to A&E before they took a chest X-ray and found "white anomalous
areas".

the diagnosis was NOT recorded on my NHS medical record.



in early January I had another stroke in the "Ambulatory Majors" Clinical
Decision Unit. I was unable to speak, unable to move, and barely managed to
stop myself from falling out of the chair, getting my head against the desk
behind me. I realized it was critically important not to fall out of the
chair, as the impact could have caused BP "shock" that could have further
ruptured cerebral arteries or broken loose additional cholesterol,
worsening the stroke.

after several minutes I found I could weakly get my had onto my phone, and
tried using it on speaker, fumbling for the keys by feel, to tap out "SOS"
in Morse code, unable to move my head to look at the phone.

not one single other person in Ambulatory Majors - appx 10 people -
responded.

after about ten minutes a nurse came in, seized my phone out of my hand,
put it out of reach and stated very clearly "come on, get up, stop faking
it, I can see you are holding yourself up in that chair".
as I was unable to speak, or move, having had an ischemic stroke, I was
unable to either defend myself or correct her.

I was discharged without treatment.



on another visit in early January I had another ischemic stroke, and
explained to the Ambulatory CDU nurse that turned up after several hours
that I was experiencing strokes when the barometric pressure changed. I
said clearly that my ears popped, and I would at that exact moment get
slurred speech or other symptoms.

the nurse went away and did not return.

after about half an hour, there was another large barometric pressure
change. I got face-droop (right side) which is a clear danger sign of a
stroke. I got up and walked out into the corridor, unable to speak, only
able to drool and make incoherent syllables, whereupon a passerby
consultant took one look at my face and immediately and urgently got the
attention of the CDU nurses, stating clearly "is anyone concerned about
this guy?"

the nurse replied in a patronizing voice "oh he thinks the weather is
affecting him".

I was discharged without treatment or proper investigation.



I fell off my bicycle in mid-march 24 and smashed sideways into a fence at
around 10-15mph (after two consecutive violent assaults by UHS doctors,
nurses and security guards just after CALDERWOOD sent a devastating
fraudulent and false "report" to the UK Minister for Science Technology and
Innovation SAQIB BHATTI, then got Jacob Lifshay, a 7th Day Adventist and
socially-dysfunctional savant who frequently unintentionally engaged in
abusive behaviour, to publish it on my mailing list).

I broke my right big toe, got a massive 1in gash on my left foot, and badly
bruised my shoulder and arm. I managed to get in to A&E by getting a
stranger to take me to the nearest bus stop.

both plain-clothes and official security followed me as I was taken in a
wheelchair by a volunteer into A&E reception. the front desk triage nurse
ORDERED me to get out of the wheelchair but was fortunately overruled by
Triage pitstop nurses.

I was taken to a "secure" room known as CDU-1 which could be LOCKED FROM
THE OUTSIDE. it was quite obvious from being assigned to CDU-1 that I had
been "tagged" as "violent and dangerous" by the front desk A&E staff.

the doctor was clearly afraid and I had to go to some considerable lengths
to reassure them. they accidentally caused me horrific pain simply by
gently touching my right shoulder: I had to explain quietly to them that I
was just going to lie back and they were not to be concerned that I was
going to undergo some "trauma release" shaking for a few seconds, after
which they continued investigating.

they authorized 8 X-rays to be taken, did NOT notice the 1in gash on my
left foot (it was 8 days before I even noticed myself), and left to attend
to other patients.

I was then ORDERED TO WALK ON A BROKEN FOOT to the X-ray area, 80 metres
away. when I got within 5 metres of X-ray reception, using the corridor
wall for support, the staff were horrified on seeing me WALK towards them,
and immediately rushed to organise a trolley. of course, I now had to wait
15 minutes before the X-rays could be taken.

a specialist eastern-european "assault" nurse was assigned to me whilst I
was on the trolley, and a plain-clothes security guard also brought in and
placed next to me on his own trolley, inside the X-ray area where no other
patients were present. ("violent and dangerous", remember?)

the X-rays showed fortunately only a broken right toe: I was given a
special shoe to wear and discharged, left to get home on my own.

I was not treated for any of the cuts, or for the bruising, nor for the
massive contusions on my knees that were bleeding sufficiently to cause my
tracksuit to stick to my leg.

I only noticed the massive 1in gash eight days later because I changed
clothes the entire week in complete darkness.



in I think April 24 I had another stroke after being once again violently
assaulted, and the day after I had a massive left temple headache that was
intolerably painful.

I got myself to A&E and told the front desk nurse "I have a left temple
headache, it is one inch behind and one inch up from my left eye, it has
been happening for years since the failed root canal".

I was allocated to pitstop where a male nurse came in after 15 minutes,
spent about 60 seconds in the cubicle and was called away almost
immediately. the nurses are SUPPOSED to carry out BP checks etc and also
*CONFIRM AND CHECK* the front desk triage facts.

two HOURS later, two consultants come in with a machine for checking
eyeball pressure.

I told them very clearly that I had a left temple headache, NOT a problem
with my left EYE. they insisted on utilizing the machine to check eyeball
pressure and DID NOT RETURN TO ASK ABOUT THE HEADACHE.


the list of catastrophic abuse, mis-treage and maltreatment goes on and on
and on.  LAM of Atherley House, as a result accused me directly to my face,
some time in August 24, of FAKING SYMPTOMS. it put me into deep shock,
which took a few minutes to manifest as a stroke: she sat there in her
chair silently and unmoving, as I went into horrific distress, realized she
was being horrifyingly abusive and that I was in considerable danger by
remaining in her room, and staggered out into the corridor, sobbing and not
realizing at the time that she had caused an Ischemic stroke. I secretly
captured the assault on my phone, and made sure on future abusive visits to
bring my OMRON BP/HR monitor to gather hard evidence of assault and medical
negligence.



it got so bad that on the 26th October 2024, a doctor named Margaret who
hid her badge and refused to give her GMC number stated "we have never done
anything in the past THEREFORE I am not going to do anything now", which
put me straight into shock and caused an Ischemic stroke.

I was sobbing in distress so horrifically at her callous statement that a
kind nurse came over to attempt to console me and said she would go and get
some help. she did not return: instead TWO SECURITY GUARDS turned up and
demanded I leave the premises.

I reported an assault to the police, who failed to investigate properly, as
UHS tampered with the security guards bodycam footage and with CCTV footage
to make it look like I was "perfectly fine", despite being unable to walk
properly and at one point in deep shock being unable to stand up.

I managed to hit "record" on my CAT B35 phone but the police acted
negligently by failing to allow me time and space to submit the video and
audio footage that would have shown UHS tampering with evidence.

the GMC then contacted Hampshire police and were told by Hampshire police
that I had made a FALSE REPORT (a serious criminal offense).


there have been at least FIVE incidents where UHS A&E has tampered with or
simply blatantly and outright DESTROYED bodycam and CCTV footage. one
doctor in early February 24 violently PHYSICALLY assaulted me by ripping
blankets out of my hands. a complaint investigation "found" that *TWELVE*
CCTV cameras all "failed, simultaneously", that staff could not "remember"
the name of the doctor, despite him chatting aimiably with the three
pitstop staff.


and that is just a small sample of the kind of abuse, collusion, tampering
and obstruction that took place.

I don't want to describe the really violent assaults, they are simply too
distressing.

I have HUNDREDS of recorded videos of terrifying symptoms and of violent
assaults.

not one single police officer, nor the GMC, nor the CQC, nor you my mother,
have asked to see that video evidence.


the CT scan btw taken I think early Feb 24 or late Jan 24: I was prohibited
from gaining access to it.
