yesterday:

modified the DIV pseudocode to generate overflow condition inside the
function.  still TODO is correct setting of CR0 which is currently not
correct for either simulator or hardware.

today:

codemorph on div pipeline stages.

also got fed up of the bug in ikiwiki which does not display pseudocode
correctly, got the parser to create new versions.

we still have the following major tasks:

* MUL pipeline
* SPR pipeline
* TRAP pipeline
* wishbone bus arbiter
* connectivity to peripherals
* interrupt handling (XICS)
