can i recommend first adding something to soc/simulator/test_sim.py or
to do a kind of double-inheritance version of that called
test_div_sim.py which you can use to test the simulator against qemu
for the instructions you want to run?

the reason i suggest that is because the simulator hasn't been tested
for div operations yet and it may produce the wrong answers (or have a
runtime exception).
