i'm investigating why i can't get log in to google: fail2ban has this
IP address.

DROP       all  --  176.193.193.35.bc.googleusercontent.com  anywhere

if you invert that IP address it lists a russian domain name.

it's therefore highly likely that someone was messing with world-wide
BGP routing tables yesterday.
