hi michael, welcome to the libre soc. i see you did in fact send a "hello
/ intro" message, apologies it took me a while to get round to reviewing
list admin tasks this morning.

fantastic. ok so thanks to Yehowshua and others contributing very recently
(like... yesterday?), the front page got a minor update which includes a
joining / onboarding process. http://libre-riscv.org
can i ask, what's your background, and what intrigues you about this
project? for me, for example, i have an extremely wide range of things
i've done, ranging from assembly-level programming, circuit design to
writing compilers and language translators, yet all of that is not because
i want to "Glorify Technology", i do what i do to correct socio-economic
imbalances that *involve* technology.
there's quite a lot that needs and can be done, here. HDL programming is
just one aspect: we also particularly need a (primarily) software engineer
for the MESA driver which is in c++.
best,
l.
