 i often find reading things on paper is easier (can mark mistakes) -
marie's going to take the PDFs down to a taiwan variant of Kinko's and
get them bound as a book.  even a draft in paper form will be useful.
doesn't cost much - USD $0.03 per page, $1 for the binding, and
there's 100 pages to print.
