I am still in deep traumatic shock, having chronic Peridontal disease which
we even discussed three years ago as you told me it was the leading cause
of death in the Middle Ages.

please will you for God's pity's sake start listening and taking the action
that I need instead of sitting there thinking that your complete and utter
failure and betrayal as a mother will just "go away on its own".
