I woke up around 6am feeling poisoned, but was
dozing and went back to sleep. I woke a second
time at 7:30 feeling much worse, and tried for
half an hour to get back to sleep. feeling sick
and poisoned, it wasn't possible.
an hour later I got up and i tried to have a
conversation with my 78-year-old host. it went
extremely badly: he thought I was being wilfully
aggressive, when I felt like the inside of my head
was being crushed in a vice since 6am, and the
more I tried talking the worse the pain got.
within five minutes a stroke occurred (video'd)
I ended up going into anaphylactic shock: he had
left me alone in the building and I had to find
medical supplies and ground coffee without
assistance.
the coffee - a large spoonful straight in my mouth -
stopped the anaphylaxis within 30 seconds. I then
spent some time in investigating with searches
"high IL-6, anaphylaxis, coffee" and found peer
reviewed medical studies confirming that ground
roasted coffee can help. I have used strong ground
coffee to help with the strokes and anaphylaxis for
at least two and a half years now.
the second stroke occurred around 11am.
I got slurred speech and stuttering. I stopped it
with cayenne pepper and vedic medical supplies.
the third stroke occurred around 13:00
the fourth around 15:00
the fifth stroke 18:00 was much more serious as I
was out with my host, about 1/2 a mile from
medical supplies. I managed to get his attention
(this time he listened and did not leave me alone),
and started very slowly walking back, as I had
very little energy available for movement.
(mitochondria and red blood cells are damaged
by very high IL-6 levels, so I am easily fatigued)
within 70 metres anaphylaxis began again.
after 100 additional metres we got the attention of
a car which drove us to the local town.
there was still 300 metres to walk to the medical
supplies, but we passed a cafe and my host
suggested getting coffee there.
as we are regulars I was able to go straight to the
coffee percolator, scrape out the used coffee
grounds with my fingers and shove it straight in
my mouth, still unable to speak.
my 78 year old host helped explain I needed more
ground coffee (not used) and after a massive
dose (appx 2 heaped tablespoons) I started
trembling for around 30 seconds and found I
was now able to speak.
we then spent a few minutes reassuring the
shocked customers and the cafe owner that
everything was ok, thanking him for his help,
and my 78-year-old host has been asleep now
for at least 90 minutes, as he was pretty
traumatized by the events of the day. time is
currently 20:27
I hope to God I don't end up with another stroke
tonight.
