Dear Luke,

We acknowledge receipt of your request submitted under the EU General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR).

After a detailed assessment of the request and the relevant context, we
have determined that the request is manifestly unfounded and/or excessive
within the meaning of Article 12(5) GDPR. In reaching this conclusion, we
considered the nature, frequency, and context of the communications
associated with the request.

The available information indicates that the manner in which the request
was submitted, and the broader pattern of interactions surrounding it, is
inconsistent with the normal and good-faith exercise of data-protection
rights. Specifically, the circumstances demonstrate that the request gives
rise to a disproportionate and unjustified administrative burden and
appears to pursue objectives that are not connected to obtaining or
verifying personal data, as protected under the GDPR.

Under Article 12(5) GDPR, and in line with the general EU-law principle
that rights must not be exercised abusively or for purposes contrary to
their intended function, a controller may decline to act on such requests.
Accordingly, we are unable to process this request further.

If you believe that this determination is incorrect, you may submit
relevant factual information that demonstrates the legitimacy and
GDPR-related purpose of the request. You also retain the right to lodge a
complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
