not a problem - ok well it is inasmuch as i am the only

thank you Michiel. relatively speaking it was not "long",
but as you will see in my investigative report it was the
dual complexity of the cryptoprimitives transitioning from
email RFPs, combined with the experiment made to use only
a few top-level milestones, that led to the review being
over two *hours* in contrast to *under ten minutes* for
cavatools.

ultimately though no financial irregularities were found.
