Yes, I see a payment under "Payments so far" dated 2022-12-13 totalling 
1300 EUR, with record label "t-1" to you Luke.

I confirm that the NLnet RFP system shows 1700EUR available (when going 
to New request section).

Bug #848 has a budget on 1300EUR, [fpga-fund] assigned 1202EUR, 98 to Jacob.
