appreciated andrey. it may be a bit of a surprise to everyone
who is going, the expectation/implication of being a devroom
manager is that you... ah... well... volunteered to run the
devroom in real life, in real time, and so it means working as
a team, knowing what's coming up, what's expected to be done.

i've seen it enough times to know what happens and so can
"mirror / parrot / mimic" it but have never actually done
one live so have no idea what the "team communications"
protocols and planning procedures are. those you *don't*
see "on the day" so to speak.

hmmm there has to be a training thing by the fosdem organisers
for this. or some online documentation.
