notice there is "Group1", "Group2", "Group3" at the bottom?

these are the Priority Pickers.

there are separate Register Files (and there are 5R2W ports in the original
CDC 6600)

therefore, in the original CDC 6600, they had 3x banks of Priority Pickers.

if we follow this arrangement, it means that readable_o and writable_o
definitely come out at the BOTTOM of the FU-FU Matrix.
