ah.  remember that the conditions that we received them under - as
requested by their Copyright Holder - are that you MUST ask the
recipient to agree to give credit AND to request those same conditions
to be respected (recursively) by any recipients that *THEY* pass the
book chapters on to.

you are under the same conditions - which you agreed to when i passed
the book chapters on to you, and *unconditionally* passing them on to
Jeremy is a breach of those conditions.

if you have done that already - to him or to anyone else - then you
are actually in breach of Copyright Law.  you would need to then
approach Mitch Alsup, directly, as the Copyright holder, to re-request
his explicit permission to use and distribute his Copyrighted
material.

Copyright Law is the underpinning of everything that we are doing
(LGPL) so we absolutely must be extremely careful, respectful, and
knowledgeable about it.
