Found this quite interesting video about how one of Louis Rossmann's
businesses failed due to mistakes he made and what he learned from it:
https://youtu.be/w3c2dOw6Frg
Louis Rossmann runs a Apple computer repair shop in New York and a YouTube
channel where he shows repairs, talks about his business, and fights for
right-to-repair.
We could probably use some of his ideas, such as having a clear mission
statement, choosing correctly who you are selling to, choosing correctly
when to decline investment and what terms & stuff you would need to accept
investment.
