I have installed Debian 10 & LXDE in KVM and went through the whole process
again, starting with schroot/debootstrap. The bug with `lib`-`lib64` remains.

Under Arch it is ‘Linux 5.5.3-arch1-1 x86_64’. Under Debian 10 it is ‘Linux
4.19.0-8-amd64 x86_64’.
There is also a Python-related difference among the hosts maybe worth noting.
`python` command is an alias of `python2` in Ubuntu and most other Linuxes, but
`python3` in Arch and its derivatives (Manjaro, Anarchy). But I think this
difference should not affect the chrooted environment.
