The Coriolis ccb.py is trying to guess the system it is running under by
the result of "uname -srm". When using a chrooted environment (or docker
for that matter), it may got confused because the kernel is still the
one of the host (in your case Arch Linux).
Could you send me the result of "uname -srm".
And what is the rightful location to use, "lib/" or "lib64/" ?
And, responding to comment #173 from Luke, we should head for Debian 10.
I will make the corrections in a few days
