jean-paul already has a Dockerfile written.  my only concern with Docker
is the fact that you have to run a root-level service, and it pisses about
with unionfs and all kinds of multi-way-mounting, *and* downloads things
from sources that we have *no idea* if dockerhub is secure, or properly
maintained, or if the team behind Docker are competent enough to do proper
GPG-signing on packages such that it doesn't *matter* if the main site gets
hacked.

none of this i want to spend the time reviewing in order to find
out, and given that they can't be bothered to put version information
into Dockerfiles so that you don't have your time wasted by downloading
a whole stack of crap only to find *at the last line* that you needed
a later version of docker-build...

debootstrap works.  it's worked for a long time, and it's worked well.
