ok in mksym.sh dks.d/mosis.sh symlink was missing, i just added it.

i also switched off YOSYS_FLATTEN to see what would happen, and
a syntax error occurs in scnorm.vst.  subctk_409_specialcases
does not have "oz" connected to anything, i.e the VHDL is:

   , oz    =>

i noticed a *lot* of "VDD -> false" warnings, these are
on things that are currently unused.  looking back through
these warnings, it looks like the entirety of oz is
connected to $false (an output of zero - nothing - is
required from this module).
