Hi, I was reading your blog danluu.com, and I thought you might be
interested in our project -- building a libre GPU/CPU that implements both
OpenPower and RISC-V ISAs.
It will be a 2W 4-core mobile SoC on 28nm.
I'm writing a Vulkan driver (Kazan) for it.

I thought you might be interested since you used to build x86 processors at
Centaur and are good at communicating.
