IBM has released their a2i core's vhdl. CC-BY license. It's a 4-threaded
POWER7-class core that took 0.9W @ 45nm 2.3GHz without float. It's
currently used in a 18-core setup in the BlueGene/Q supercomputers. No
Altivec. Both BE and LE supported.
