i just received word from mythic-beasts: the vCPU has been upgraded to
1.28 GB of RAM and to a 25 GByte hard drive allocation (no change in
the pricing).

this is good as it gives us more options for the number of
repositories that can be hosted - we're about to need to do litex
modifications, host u-boot, linux kernel and so on, and hosting our
own linux kernel source is biiig.

the server however will need to be powered down in order for it to be
upgraded.  this means everything goes offline so i will make sure it's
done morning-time UK when everyone else (GMT-6/7/8/9) is asleep.
