you should now be able to create a new file simulator/test_sim_div.py
which imports DecoderBase, copies the GeneralTestCases class
cookie-cut style, and adds just the test_div_etc functions that *you*
need.

if you add any test_div_etc functions to GeneralTestCases you will get
quickly bored and irritated by having to run load/store unit tests.
