yesterday:

* more on trap and spr pipeline unit tests
* added OP_MTMSR, simulator needs mtmsrd
* big reorganisation of PowerDecode2

today:

* started on a basic version of MUL pipeline just to get something working.

ran immediately into multiply signed issues with the simulator (actually,
the simulator pseudocode) for mulli.

turns out that again, retrospectively, the 3.0B spec says "actually after
you did that multiply, really the operands should be signed".
