[libre-riscv-dev] Adding Members page

Hello all,
I have currently been working on securing funding for LibreSOC and finding new members.
One thing that would greatly help is keeping track of what members we have and who can do what.
I know that we have a mailing list members page - but we need a page that list current members along with capabilities and availability.

This would greatly help when seeking funding.
