[libre-riscv-dev] Unsigned datatypes needed in sv2nmigen

I have tested sv2nmigen on all 33 files inside the ariane directory.
One 12 of these it failes because of a missing K_unsigned LexToken.
Now looking into the sv2nmigen code weather it has unsigned data types.
