it has to be approved by me, first, that's the arrangement with NLNet.

it's the same for all sub-projects, just the Grant Number changes at
the top depending on the project.

tobias i have some other questions, first, however.  will write them
up in a bit.  also please can you re-check-out the git repository
sv2nmigen, i removed the auto-generated files using a
git-filter-branch.

(we have a rule not to add files which may be generated from commands
that can be put into scripts or Makefiles)
