the dependency matrices of a 6600 were designed using an SR NOR latch which is
only 2 gates, and is extremely efficient and effective.

careful design does not require resets because they are inherent and per row).

SR NOR is unfortunately "unstable" and is no longer part of proprietary
toolchains.

the huge numbers and regularity of the Dependency Matrices justifies creating a
special cell.

unfortunately SR NOR is not used any more so we have to look at SR NAND.
