Yes, I heard phantoms in the old days when things where much
less formalized...

So anyway, we can use abstract views until the complete layouts
of free I/O pads are availables. Maybe in two flavors, one for
the free I/O and one for the TSMC's.

And I remember ST being reluctant to use custom made I/O pads...
