wait... so if you use the *same* blif file, the error was fixed "once"
but thereafter it works, is that right?

because i just unpacked the tarball here:
http://ftp.libre-riscv.org/soclayout.tgz

and i can confirm that yes, the same vss errors occur, even with
yosys 0.9.
