not really, i would imagine that the router is intelligent enough to
realise that cells nearest to inputs should be placed near to inputs,
and cells nearest to outputs likewise to outputs, and leave it at that.

even within the combinatorial blocks the paths are pretty straightforward
and go pretty much in a directed graph.

if however on visual inspection it is clear that that is going wrong,
we can adjust accordingly.
