[libre-riscv-dev] Enum support added to nmigen

My biggest fear when I return to the hardware description of the Kestrel
project will be reinstalling all my tools.  Because, I know for a fact that
they are well and truly outdated.  :(  But, maybe, just maybe, this makes
updating nmigen (at least) worth it.
