[libre-riscv-dev] New unit test for terapage lookup

I've extended the tlb_content.py module to also support terapage 
lookups. Since there was no unit test, I first wrote one. Since I saw 
that several other modules in TLB/ariane directory lack unit test, the
next task will be writing more unit tests.
