Good idea. Btw if we get the goahead for a workshop room (informal) I'd
like all talks to be done there and we just have a single lightning talk
for everything (main lightning)
The idea of doing short lightning talks if they are early enough in each
main devroom as a way to inviye people to come to the workshop would work
well.
