oh dang, it wasn't just that one: because i'm using the
HTML-restricted version of gmail at the moment, the *other five*
projects which came in under the exact same subject-line were *also*
approved!

so that's *six* sets of tasks to write up.  6 sets of about 20-30
milestones on bugs.libre-riscv.org dang :)
