[libre-riscv-dev] [PATCH] Updating build scripts for installation

This patch allows the user to follow the driections posted in the README
with creating a build folder. Much cleaner when setting the emulator and
calling 'make' and 'make install'.

Let me know if this is not formatted properly or something else needs to be
done I have not submitted a patch before.
