I require an explanation as to why no MRI scan was given as
promised when clear symptoms of Ischemic stroke and
athersclerosis was present for months in the form of
Anaphylaxis, Tourette's, and face-droop.

I require an explanation as to why Olanzapine was instructed
to be force-ingested non-informed non-consensual in direct
Unlawful violation of the MHA when clear medical research
shows that Athersclerosis is exacerbated by Olanzapine.

I require an explanation as to why very clear symptoms of
Anaphylaxis, loss of balance, convulsions, eye-flutter and
much more went completely ignored not just by nurses but
by doctors walking past a patient lying in one case for
6.5 hours unattended.
