Paul: i just realised something regarding your request.

as a recluse utilising computers continuously since 1978
my entire brain has been coordinated to software engineering
and not to "communicating with people in writing".

my messages are considered stupid, pointless, archane, curt,
disrespectful, long-winded, and much worse, when the reality
is that i am DISABLED.

i initially tried instead to communicate by voice, and
people found it extremely puzzling that someone who is
"rude, spiteful and curt" could be so reasonable by voice.
(not realising or in many cases ACCEPTING that i am DISABLED).

however since the massive Ischemic stroke, even my ability
to speak can also be severely compromised.

the damaged cerebral arteries and small blood vessels can and do
rupture at any time under stress, barometric pressure changes,
viral infection, and more.

by requesting that i cease and desist communication by voice
you are effectively placing me under duress as a psychologically
tortured and medically negligently abuse autistic adult whose
communication ability is severely compromised.

i need you to understand the full implications here as i
do not wish you to make the same catastrophic mistakes made
by every single public civil service i have interacted with
as a recluse forced out into the public eye due to criminal
activity and life threatening medical conditions that
normally kill or permanently maim most people.

bottom line: have your staff review the Statutory Report 2010
on Autistic Adults that was commissioned by the 2009 Autism
Act and please ensure it is respected and followed as required
by Law.

aside from anything your staff and yourself will then have
a full understanding of just how Unlawful and negligent
multiple Civic Services have been... *including* Hampshire
police, Hertfordshire police, Essex police, Cambridge police,
and Slough / Windsor area police
