torture has left me with a massive psychological block which
is well-known to occur.

i have three SARs outstanding and 3 more to make.
DVLA Cannon House Atherley House. i am getting no
assistance whatsoever. AS I HAVE NO HOME I CANNOT
PROVIDE PROOF OF ADDRESS PARTICULARLY WHEN ATHERLEY
HOUSE NEGLIGENTLY REPORTEE ME FOR A MEDICAL CONDITION
THAT I DO NOT HAVE RESULTING IN REVOCATION OF MY
DRIVING LICENSE AND CRIMINAL SUBORNATION BY THE DVLA
TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT

the 2am 26jun2015 MRI and MRA preliminary screening report
shows extensive cerebral damage including major arteries,
left parietal lobe (speech, mathematics, music), and much
more.

Law firms refuse to take the matter seriously, particularly
when SAQIB BHATTI's name is mentioned.

your staff are civic servants. it so happens that no names
were requested or mentioned. they need to get over the fact
that they are publicly accountable and that me operating
entirely in full public view despite gross humiliation
and degradation *TO MYSELF* is for my protection.

i have no resources, no assistance, no support, no money,
no home, and with the devastating cerebral damage caused
by 16 years Domestic Violence perpetrated by MARIE RAYMOND
no real prospect of returning to my former career without
massive retraining and associated financial aid.

bottom line is that without *SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE* the
possibility of me being in any kind of position to follow
the Lawful process for financial and medical recovery is
deeply remote.

the appointed advocates are ******* useless.

partly this is not their fault: TheAdvocacyPeople are PROHIBITED
from engaging when there is criminal activity.

Fergus Harrson of POHWER has been worse than useless
when dealing with the GMC.

advocates have been leaving me in a chronic debilitated medical
condition to fend for myself when the Ischemic strokes combined
with autism and Chronic Adrenal Fatigue have devastated my
organisational and planning abilities AND ABILITY TO SPEAK.

it is if i am some sort or sick joke to all these people,
who either genuinely believe CALDERWOOD's fraudulent statements
INCLUDING CRIMINAL MISREPRESENTATION OF HIMSELF AS AN AUTHORIZED
AGENT OF HIS MAJESTY's GOVERNMENT, or they just cannot be
bothered to make the effort to understand, DESPITE LAWFUL
OBLIGATION TO DO SO UNDER THE AUTISM ACT 2009.

i therefore have to leave it *to you* to take the initiative
and to under no circumstances whatsoever put me under pressure.

SCAS (false medical reports, assaults causing ISCHEMIC STROKES)
cannon house (false representation)
hampshire council (false representation, assault, witholding records on an
SAR,
UHS A&E (assaults, medical negligence, falsifying medical records, blocking
access to medical records, witholding evidence to police, falsifying
statements to police)
Atherley House (assaults, medical negligence)
Antelope House and SH Trust (false representation,
violent assaults, medical negligence, tampering with medical records,
blocking access to medical records)

this is not a simple matter in any way shape or form.

according Western Allopathic Medical knowledge i should be dead
or at the least crippled for life.

Once
you have completed and signed, you then need to e mail the completed form

on any complaint that you wish to submit to the PHSO.
