i am making some notes of what has happened to me, based on
examining the large arteries in the MRA scans i obtained at
2am this morning, after two Ischemic strokes in one day: 10:38
on waking up, and around 8pm on a distressing phone call
after dealing with WILLIAMS's intransigence.

Endothelial Injury:
Damage to the inner lining of the arteries (endothelium) is a crucial
first step.

Lipid Accumulation:
Fats and cholesterol then accumulate at the site of injury, forming plaque.

Inflammation:
The body's immune system responds to the injury and lipid
accumulation, leading to chronic inflammation.

there are several sections of the main cerebral arteries that look
like they are "pitted" and are not as brightly-coloured: one section
also includes an "offshoot" to a small dot approximately 3mm in
diameter.

there is also a separate "blob" approximately 10mm by 4mm in
size, at the end of an artery that is only approx 2-3 mm in diameter,
and this is approximately in my speech area. it was also the
same area i felt something go "pop" when i screamed "STOP"
after another 2-hour ordeal of verbal abuse with my daughter
being only 5 metres away.

i had Long Covid. my worst symptoms began Dec 23 when i caught
pneumonia, included face-droop in Jan 24, progressed to
symptoms normally only seen in individuals with Cerebral Palsy,
some of which were still present mid-year (July 24).

my symptoms - apathy, inexplicable crying, tiredness, massive
headaches, Ischemic strokes and more - are all a match.

i am trying not to be scared and instead focussing on the fascination
of the study and novelty of researching a new scientific topic.

i will have more information when i get an official doctor's report.
