Chris,

I have partially got over the shock. I recorded video evidence of your
message putting me into deep distress. your organisation continues to
psychologically torture me and continues to blatantly violate the Autism
Act 2009 Statutory requirements.

the person's first name was Margaret.  I have video evidence of her
refusing to provide her full name and GMC number on request. I was unable
therefore to check - right there right then - if the person had a License
to practice medicine. she could have been placing multiple people in danger
by impersonating a doctor.

UHS have still refused to this day to provide the person's full name and
GMC number.

also UHS A&E tampered with the video evidence (Bodycam footage) which due
to the number of times this has happened (the number of violent assaults by
UHS A&E) I know such tampering to be routine practice.

the officer did NOT interview me.

on informing the officer that I had corroborating video evidence indicating
that UHS had tampered with CCTV and Bodycam footage, the officer refused to
take the corroborating video evidence seriously.

additionally the officer's report which I now recall indicated that they
DID NOT UNDERSTAND MEDICALLY WHAT THEY WERE SEEING. bearing in mind that
the officer did not tell me exactly what they had been provided: from their
written (non-interview) description it was very clear that they had been
provided CCTV footage from AFTER the assault.

I also cited cases Rv JM and SM 2012, Rv Chan Fook and Rv Ireland / Rv
Burstow 1997/8 - the JM & SM case is particularly relevant given that
adrenaline caused a burst pulmonary embolism from which the victim died
DESPITE NOT TOUCHING THE ASSAILANTS.

I was in such deep shock that I was unable at the time to provide my
corroborating video evidence showing how dangerously badly affected I was
by the doctor's refusal to take my medical condition seriously. I was
UNABLE TO STAND UP, lost my balance repeatedly.

now I have the MRI showing Ischemic damage, my concern at this doctor's
unfitness to practice is fully justified.
