you that i had had a stroke caused by Domestic Violence.
you instead wilfully chose to listen to a hyper-intelligent
psychopath with a financial motive for devastating my life.

(in late 2021 CALDERWOOD and i spent five months several hours a
day to confirm that an investment of USD 25m would result
in an intentionally-conservative estimate of USD 1.6 billion
revenue by year 6/7. this is his motive for fraud and Malicious
GBH, and you should have asked me about it)

as your wilful actions make you co-conspirators in a
Malicious GBH Section 18 Offenses Against the Person Act, 1861
i cannot directly accept financial compensation from you
or accept your meagre offer to pay "health costs" because
the criminality classifies you and your Organisation as
an Organised Crime Syndicate, and it is ILLEGAL to engage
in financial transactions with Cartels / Organised Crime
Syndicates.

you also made threats requiring the destruction of evidence.
this is a criminal offense called "Obstruction of Justice".
that you believed my truthful statements to be "Libel" is not
just unconscionable, it constitutes evidence of having
been utterly convinced by the psychopath CALDERWOOD that
i am a violent and dangerous liar, not to be spoken to or
trusted in any way shape or form.

at the very least you should have listened. you failed
not just once but systematically, despite video evidence
of terrifying symptoms of what would normally cause death
and/or permanent life-altering disability.

your behaviour has been callous and despicable: the distress
and terror (videotaped) caused MULTIPLE Ischemic strokes, most
likely in the form of break-away calcium crystals from the
ongoing protection and repair of Major Cerebral Arteries
(Cerebral Athersclerosis as reported in the MRI / MRA
Screening Report)

you can begin to make amends by contacting your Solicitor
and have them report your criminal activity to the Dutch
police, as well as contact the Discrimination College
to indicate "active good faith" and intention to unwind
and undo the breathtaking long-term harm you wilfully
participated in.

a right parietal Ischemic stroke causes both speech difficulties
as well as damages MATHEMATICAL ABILITY. the SECOND stroke,
of feb 2024, undiagnosed despite desperate requests IN A
HOSPITAL BED AT UHS A&E, caused further extensive damage
and robbed me of the ability to extemporise to music as
well as the ability to tell if i was singing in tune.

CALDERWOOD knew full well what had transpired, and INTENTIONALLY
and WILFULLY witheld that information from you, in his
desperate efforts to steal my IP given its highly significant
value.

it has taken me a full year to get a Subject Access Request
out of Company's House indicating that CALDERWOOD fraudulently
and illegally attempted to represent himself as an Authorized
Agent of His Majesty's Government, Authorized to act for and
behalf of Company's House, then wrote an unauthorized libellous
and criminally fraudulent accusation that Company's House had
written to me informing me that I had broken the law by making
a False Declaration to Company's House as a Director of a
Company. (Company's House wrote to me to confirm in writing that
CALDERWOOD has made these false and criminal fraudulent
statements without their knowledge or consent).

you would do well to begin doing everything in your power
to aid and assist me to undo the devastation your wilfully
negligent actions has caused.

i trust that you will not be so stupid as to repeat your
mistakes which caused me terror and distress, causing
Ischemic strokes when i still have MRI/MRA evidence of
large white blobs in the middle of Major Brain Arteries,
by responding with messages similar to ones you have
callously sent in the past.

also fyi: a ruptured brain sac at birth frequently causes
a growth on the surface of the brain. the MRI shows i have an
anomaly on the surface of my brain approximately 13 cm in length
and 15 mm in diameter.

bottom line: you were ABUSING someone who had a serious
chronic medical condition.
