WITHOUT PREJUDICE
i wish to report a false report made by GNYANESHWAR JADHAV
which led to violent physical assault, maiming and risk of
death. under the MHA it is a criminal offense to make a
false representation.
JADHAV falsely states:
Luke is presenting with symptoms suggestive of a psychotic
episode which are predominantly preoccupation with physical
health issues and lack of trust in NHS and other services.
this is an extremely serious false accusation.
the audio evidence recorded shows THAGADUR and JAHDAV asking
an *AUTISTIC ADULT WITH A CEREBRAL HEMORRAGE FROM DOMESTIC
VIOLENCE: "why do you BELIEVE you have medical symptoms".
the question itself indicates blatant incompetence and
prejudice.
symptoms were recorded on video and audio as systematically
consistent with a massive cerebral hemmorage and ischemic stroke:
of face droop, tourette's, slurred speech, slow speech and much
more.
the lesions and hemmoraging alongside arterial athersclerosis and
hypoplastic arteries are now confirmed by a 3 Tesla MRI/MRA
preliminary screening report.
MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE by the NHS led me to legitimately fear
for my life, combined with a wanton and blatant disregard for
the Statutory Lawful requirements of the Autism Act 2009,
and the NHS's catastrophic and wilful failure to consider the
possibility that the life-threatening symptoms were real FORCED
me into the position of investigating matters for myself, despite
having massively-reduced brain blood supply, and pneumonia in
Dec/Jan/Feb 2024.
the rest of the report is also false, however its contents
are distressing to me and consequently risk triggering another Ischemic
stroke.
i trust that the police officers notified will take this
statement seriously and make appropriate arrests.
