the past few days I have had yet more Ischemic strokes. they result in
slurred speech and in being unable to speak. I have the usual accompanying
left temple headache which spreads as usual across the back of my neck.

the symptoms are not taken seriously and it requires money to be paid to
people who are supposed to be professionals: the complexity and rarity of
the interlocking medical conditions is such that they simply do not know,
in the precious few minutes that have been paid for in advance, with cash
payments, what they are looking at.

I have been forced to use Text-to-speech a number of times to give reports
over an international phone call to the police 101 service. it goes very
badly as the 101 operators are "on the clock" and have to prioritize 999
calls. the operators ask additional questions whilst not waiting for me to
finish typing the answer of the previous question, they don't understand
the mechanized voice produced by the Free Software app TTS, misunderstand
but then because they have already asked a second question I am left in the
horrifically distressing situation of trying to get through the
miscommunication of the first question when they are thinking I am
answering the second.

an example: I tried explaining (typing) "I have had a stroke". the free
software app TTS mispronounced "stroke", and the 101 operator instead of
waiting for clarification asked "where are you - did you say Slough?" - in
desperation I started trying to speak it out loud, phonetically, "Sierra
Tango Romeo Oscar Kilo Echo" but it was so horribly slow and slurred they
didn't understand.

I got very distraught at being so badly misunderstood that they terminated
the call. I was sobbing in distress for several minutes, which triggered a
worsening of the Ischemic stroke I was trying to report as evidence of
violent assault.

I went into Anaphylactic shock, recorded on video, as well as the sobbing
distress at how badly the call had gone.

today was even worse.

I woke up with a left temple headache and feeling sick in my heart and
chest. I had important information to give to the police, but had not yet
tried speaking. when the 101 operator answered my voice was so slow and
slurred they couldn't understand me over an international phone call.

after getting very distraught as they were not trained to cope with the
chronic medical disabilities I now have, I had to get some more sleep, and
called back later. both calls, which I recorded, went badly: they did
explain that the police are having real difficulty understanding what has
been happening, despite me telling them it is massively complex. however
the 101 operators advised me to EMAIL the report, and I explained that
writing was simply too distressing.

the speed at which I can communicate is basically severely damaged, it was
already pretty bad even before the violence, domestic abuse, and strokes.

I do not know what to do any more. I am not getting help: people I try to
speak to either think the symptoms are fake, or they do not let me finish
communicating, or in cases where I explain the assaults and show them the
videos they are so horrifically shocked that they claim "not to understand
what they are seeing".

my mother has blanked out one entire phone call from her mind where RAYMOND
violently assaulted me, literally clambering on top of me, crushing me to
the ground trying to claw the phone out of my hand from which my mother was
shouting abuse at me, after I had had another stroke at 28 Caxton close.

in the meantime my stolen Trademark technology continues to be advertised
as available for sale by criminals that meticulously planned its theft, and
that technology can easily be deployed in Weapons of Mass Destruction and
aid and assist in the development of WMDs.
