after yesterday's ordeal being in a lot of pain where
the quality and training of doctors resulted
arbitrarily in either successful factual diagnosis
or opinion which ignored the facts and earlier
correct diagnosis, in exhaustion we left with
no action taken and no recognition of the severity
of the medical emergency I am in and have been
for many years.

overnight I was forced to use several drops of
pure rosemary oil, as a strong anti-bacterial agent,
in order to keep the peridontitis under control.

however on waking this morning and doing the
usual video-diary I found I was once again "flat"
toned slow speech, but significantly I was not
able to concentrate. it took several minutes of
not being able to focus that I realized I was unable
to focus and make a note.

this is an entirely new neurological symptom
which is noted clinically as part of the effects
of chronic Peridontitis.

I urgently require immediate medical surgery to
both clear out the infection and clean up the
damaged jawline (bone is missing LU6-LU7
left outer side due to rotted molar 1&2 destroying
it) as well as ensure that there is no additional
damage, right next to that left maximillus sinus.

doctors are NOT properly trained to spot or treat
this, and neither are most dentists.

however as it is Sunday the possibility of finding
someone is remote.

there are no emergency hospitals nearby: the
closest is two hours away and they have repeatedly
and consistently through bureaucratic administration
and language barriers failed to take proper action.

I cannot fly on a plane due to planes being
de-pressurised in flight to save money, it could
cause burst arteries or burst any inflamed
abscesses.

I am basically trapped without any money of my
own, prohibited from working under the terms
of the Medical Visa, and am forced to repeatedly
beg my 78-year-old hosts to pay attention to
the critical urgency, where he is now severely
traumatized by helplessly watching me almost die
of a stroke or anaphylactic shock every few days.
