THIS IS NOT A FALSE POLICE REPORT

I believe that the violence and assaults by RAYMOND,
LEWIS, BHARVANI, MARGARITIS and CALDERWOOD have caused massive
neurological damage, as shown clearly on the MRI scans taken
in July 2025

I woke up this morning at 6:30, began recording a
video evidence log and found I was unable to speak.

after five minutes experimenting I found I was able
to count to ten in French, slowly, and also after
that to do so in English but stopped half-way
through with several seconds pausing.

I could also utter single-sounds (effectively "grunt")

the phraseology I am using (the sentence construction)
 to write this is also slightly weird.

there had been significant barometric pressure
changes the entire day yesterday, and also my
ears "popped" (blocked eustachian tubes) this
morning, and my hip and knee were horrendously
painful the entire day yesterday.

it is now 7:28 am and I still cannot speak.

I was fine last night, had a great conversation with
my host, up till around 10:30pm.

losing the ability to speak has now occurred
about twenty times. a 20 hour EEG was recorded
in July 2025 under medical supervision, during
a monsoon storm, and the professional nursing
staff performed tests (professional medical video evidence recorded) where
they tested me trying
to speak after I pressed the "emergency help"
button. 10/20 pattern EEG data was recorded the
entire time, and even to my "untrained" eye I can tell
that there are clear anomalous artefacts in the EEG.

the 3 Tesla Radiographer report lists a hypoplastic
right vertebral artery, chronic Periventricular white
matter Ischemic damage, two other areas with
white matter damage, notes several large holes
indicating Ischemic strokes, cerebral arterial
athersclerosis, and "bulbing" of the major cerebral
arterial junctions.

I have the MRI DICOM data available to present
as evidence to the prosecution, as well as the
20 hour EEG DICOM data and the associated
professional video evidence recorded under
medical supervision in a hospital.
