I don't remember whether any of us started implementing this in code,
not just spec.
We used to have PO1 + SVRM + DWd, right?
Anyway, this task is handy, because for that grant it's doable even now.

I'd really prefer task 1199 to be done first, but that one is going to be huge.
Probably one of the key tasks for 1212. A lot depends on it:
- libopid should reuse the fields
- binutils should reuse libopid

So one of the issues is that 1212 is already too sequential.
Making 1150 depend on 1199 is a terrible idea due to time constraints, then.
So I consider moving on with 1150, even if parts of it later become obsolete.

So, the question is, do we have parts of 1150 already implemented in
the code to look at?
