indeed. but remember i cannot say why but please do not spend
time on aliases until the next Power ISA PDF public release.

i just noted that discussion itself is so massive that it
will need a budget on its own to cover the full implications
and impact.

we *cannot* rush into this one, insndb too fundamental
to absolutely everything we do, now.
